Zach is the Founder of Elevated CPA. Zach is a Colorado native and resides in Windsor with his wife and two children, where they are actively involved in their community. Zach holds a bachelors degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Masters Degree from Colorado State University. Zach is driven to serve his community by providing excellent service, advice, and tax work. Zach and his family like to spend time in the woods, riding their horses and traveling.

De De earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from San Diego State University and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1999. De De utilizes her accounting and tax experience to provide tax, cost accounting, forensic accounting, and expert witness services. Outside the office setting, you will find De De taking on DIY home improvement projects, reading a mystery novel, or enjoying her family.
Angel Vion, EA
Tax Manager
Angel Vion is the Tax Manager with Elevated CPA. Angel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Accounting from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA and achieved her Enrolled Agent license thereafter. Angel prepares tax returns for individuals and businesses with many years of tax experience. Angel enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her family.
Diane Hall, CPA
Diane holds a bachelors degree from the University of Northern Colorado and has 21 years of experience as a tax return preparer for business and individual returns. She values time with family and friends. Quilting, hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling keep her busy after tax season.
Michelle Quinn, Accountant
Michelle is an Accountant with Elevated CPA. With over a decade of experience in both private and public accounting, she provides expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. She especially enjoys working with small business owners and helping them feel confident and supported in their financial processes. Michelle is also a co-owner of a women’s fitness studio, where she brings together her passion for wellness and community. Outside of work, she loves traveling, camping, and off-roading with her husband and children.
Tiabria Smith, Accountant
Tiabria is an Accountant with Elevated CPA. She has a wealth of accounting experience in multiple different industries and specializes in bookkeeping and tax preparation. Tiabria loves spending time with her son, cooking, baking and reading. She's also an avid kickboxer and enjoys watching sports.
Kathy Friedly, Administration
Kathy is an experienced administrative assistant and certified public notary with a strong background in office management and support. She excels at organizing schedules, managing correspondences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Kathy loves to spend time with her three daughters, golfing, going to concerts, and reading.
Cindy Petersen, Administration
Cindy Holds a Bachelors of science degree with an emphasis in business finance and accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. Her past employment includes owning a Financial Services company, Business Consulting and currently operates a Real Estate Rental Business. Cindy's current responsibilities with Elevated CPA include managing client interaction, document management and general office support. Cindy's most rewarding interests include remodeling projects, water sports and spending time with her grandkids.
